Clary Calm Blend is a topical blend that provides a soothing and calming effect during a woman’s menstrual cycle and symptoms of PMS. The calming aroma helps balance mood throughout the month. It is also works well for menopause by regulating the hormonal cycle. It can impact symptoms of menopause and the menstrual cycle. It has been effective in reducing anxiety, cramps, mood swings, insomnia, hot and cold flashes and tension headaches/neck and its’s comforting to smell.
An invitation for aromatherapy to be a part of the session will be offered as a component of in person expressive arts sessions.
Aromatherapy has been shown to be very effective for some individuals for a variety of physical and mental health issues and can enhance therapeutic methods.
